SEWS Wellness Programming 2025

Celebrity Weight loss

January 20th– February 17th – Maybe you’ve made this declaration every year, but maybe this is your year to drop the weight. Keep your identity a secret by picking your favorite celebrity! Play as that celebrity and choose to reveal yourself at the end. You will play individually this year while keeping your identity secret.  

Note:  We will feature "White Out/Weight Down" through this program.  These materials focus on lowering white starch and added sugar from your diet.  There will be a link to register closer to time.  This will be provided via your local wellness champion.

Targeted... "Glucose"

March 24th – April 21st - Take advantage of the opportunity to “Target” one of your numbers for cold hard cash. If your Targeted number is already in range, simply maintain that number. If it is out of range, simply improve it by the designated percentage. You will be rewarded for either maintaining or improving by the designated amount. 


Note:  Your starting information will be mailed to your home in early March.   Your 2025 Blood Work results will determine your credit and award.

health assessment

May 1st - June 1st - REQUIREMED to earn your discount.  -This is a quick health survey, offered electronically and in paper form.  This takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.  The link and paper form will be available during the above window.  Stay tuned for more information from your local wellness champion. 

Associate Blood Work

May 1st - June 1st - REQUIREMED to earn your discount. - More details under the "Blood Work" tab.   In most cases you will have the opportunity participate in blood work at your location.  If unable to attend your local event LabCorp Patient Service Centers will be an option as long as it is done between "May 1st and June 1st.  

*** You can turn blood work in from a family physician if completed between Nov 2nd, 2024, and June 1st, 2025.  Please turn outside blood work into One Stop Wellness by June 1st, 2025.  Please include the following at minimum (Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, A1C if your doctor permits)

Spouse Blood Work

VOLUNTARY - Not required to earn your discount.  This is offered as a benefit to your spouse.  Spouses must register between January 1st and April 14th to be eligible for free blood work.  Spouse blood work will take place May 1st – June 1st.  Once registered, communications regarding blood work details will go out by April 18th (email and packet mailed to your home).

Get Outside - Sunshine and fresh air

May 5th - June 2nd – The simple act of getting outside can regulate your sleep, rest and correct vision.  This program allows you to focus on this, yet powerful habit.

Matek 9th – June 23rd – Concentrate on flexing your financial muscles during the duration of this program.  Set yourself up for good productive habits that support your short and long-term financial goals.

July 28th - August 25th –Scrolling is shortening our attention span, increasing levels of anxiety,

interrupting sleep and lowering our overall feeling of satisfaction with our own lives. Unplug and feel the benefits.

Active Minutes challenge

September 15th – October 13th – This program is just in time for the weather to start cooling off. Sometimes we make activity and exercise entirely too complicated. Focus on “Active Minutes” because Minutes Matter! Give yourself flexibility while committing to a minimum time. This is an opportunity to bring the fun and variety back to fitness.  This program will be offered entirely on-line, but we have provided a "Tally Sheet" in case you want to print and track or use this in a paperless form saved to your computer.
