blood work (May 1st - June 1st, 2024)

REQUIREMED to earn discount. - In most cases you will have the opportunity participate in blood work at your location.  If unable to attend your local event LabCorp Patient Service Centers will be an option as long as it is done between "May 1st and June 1st.  

*** You can turn blood work in from a family physician if completed between Nov 2nd, 2023, and June 1st, 2024.  Please turn outside blood work into One Stop Wellness by June 1st, 2024.  Please include the following at minimum (Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL, LDL, A1C if your doctor permits)
