Couch to 5K

January 24th - April 27th

This program will give you approximately 12-14 weeks to get ready for your first or 100th 5K (3.1 miles).  No matter if you are walking or running this program is for you!  We've included some suggestions on how to prep if you are wanting to take the first couple of weeks to get in enough shape for the beginning of the official 5K training program.  We've also included instructions on how to use this as a walking program.
