SWS in Novi is offering weekly Yoga during lunch. Check with your local champion about more information on dates and times.
The objective is for participants to practice breath control, simple meditation and adoption of specific bodily postures for better health and overall relaxation. Classes will take place throughout 2017. To qualify you must have a minimum of 10 fully attended sessions out of 16 consecutive weeks.
Classes take place on Tuesday's (check the schedule with your local champion)
