All you have to do is pick one thing and "Commit" to that change for 30 days!  It's harder than you think, in fact you will be tempted to make this more difficult than it needs to be  Click on and print the sheet below.  Pick your simple task (that supports your overall health goals).  See how many days out of 30 you can keep your commitment.  Also, if you stumble, don't give up... keep going!!!!!  Small commitments over time lead to big results.

Here are some simple examples of commitments people have made in the past (use your imagination)

Give up sugary drinks

Stop using the snack machine

Stop hitting the snooze button

Walk the dog

Bring your lunch (any variation of this)
